As of yesterday, the new Google Keyword Planner is now available to all users in their Adwords interface. The current standalone Google Adwords Keyword Tool is still up and running but it will be taken down for good within 60 days. The new Keyword Planner will combine the functionality of the Keyword Tool and the Traffic Estimator, which will also be taken down.
