With development of technology and internet to such a high extent, it has become easier to make a little extra income from home, or office, all you need is to have a computer and an internet connection available. Fixed width Layouts – The size of this particular type of layout is completely determined by the web designer and that width does not change as per the size of the browser window or the viewing page. It enables the web designer to always know and regulate how the page would look in most times. Often designers with a print background use these kinds of layouts as it enables them to make all the intricate little changes to the layout and at the same time also remain the same across all browsers and computers.
Liquid Layouts: These are the ones that are based on the measurement of the current browser’s window size. They are flexible with the size of the window which means they change as the viewer changes the browser size. They very resourcefully use the space given by a Web Browser Window. Many designers make a lot of use of such kind of browsers as they usually have a lot of information to give in a small available space.

Any one of these two layouts that you choose for your website will have a lasting effect on the viewer, so one has to be very sure before picking the one which is most suitable as holding on to the viewer’s attention would definitely be more favorable .
