How exactly does live chat work?
Once we upload the files on to your server and configure the database, etc. You will be asked to download the chat client which is a small program that sits on your desktop and rings when you have a live request. This chat client can be put on multiple computers as well if you have employees that you want to service live requests. It works like any other messenger program such as Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger, only with more features. You can log in and log out as you like. When you are logged out of the chat client, your visitors will be prompted to leave a message.
Livezilla Setup (Client)
Although downloading and installing the chat client onto your computer is fairly easy, we can log onto your computer remotely and do it for you for no extra charge.
