We offer custom web design and development but we also offer the cheaper route of all in one website packages.You might have some questions so here are the most common concerns clients have with package services.

What kind of packages do you offer?

We offer 3 types of packages

Each package type has 2-3 package plans

What about web hosting?

All of our packages come with Cpanel web hosting and 1 free domain name. Each package plan offers different specs such as disk space, bandwidth and email accounts.

Why is there a monthly fee?

There are a few reasons for the low monthly fee.

  1. Web Hosting & Server Resources
  2. Monthly Hourly Maintenance
  3. Email & Phone support
  4. The setup fees are incredibly low - A professional CMS based website with the features we offer for $399 is almost an unheard of price in the US. We need to make money somehow.

How long do I need to pay the monthly fee?

All business packages have a 1 year minimum contract & all Ecommerce & Social Network packages have a 6 month minimum.  After that, you are free to stop payment but all support and maintenance will stop and you will have to either pay the normal rate for web hosting or transfer the site to a new web host.

Can I use another web hosting provider?

Yes, you can but you will need to pay the minimum contract term before you can take the site off of our servers.

What Is "Maximum Custom Pages" ?

What we mean by "Maximum Custom Pages", is the number of developer created pages such as about us, our services, contact us, etc. These are pages that will have a menu link.  Pages that are generated and not created are pages like member profiles, search results, etc.

Do I need to use a template or can I have custom design?

It depends. All of the "Enterprise" level packages offer a custom design option. The others need to choose from the 5000+ premium templates from the template provider sites. Of course we will add your logo and any other company information.

What is the "Easy Backup System"?

We install an easy to use plugin on the CMS websites that will allow you to quickly backup your website files and database.

Will I be trained on how to use the CMS or ecommerce platform?

Yes. We provide an in depth, detailed document on how to add, update and delete content on your website. if you purchased an Ecommerce package, you will get an even more detailed document on operating the shopping cart.

Do I need an Ecommerce package to sell items on my site?

No. If you want to sell 1 to 5 items on your site using PayPal, the "Business Enterprise" package will include it. If you want an extensive shopping cart, then yes you need an Ecommerce package.

Do I need a Social Network package to have a community on my site?

The "Business Enterprise" package includes registration functionality for users along with member profiles. Any social functions beyond that will need a Social Network package.

How do we communicate?

Standard Email is definitely the preferred method but if you would like to have an initial consult over the phone, that is fine too. Also, phone options are available for things that need immidiate attention and can not wait. All of our developers have constant access to their company email accounts and can answer requests almost in real time. Project updates are usually given every 1 to 2 days. We can also use Skype chat.
