You might have noticed the small "questions" icon on the bottom-right of your screen when you logged on to our website. This great little module is powered by Zopim live support software. Zopim is a little different than other live support software such as Livezilla (which we also run on our site).
Easy and Intuitave Dashboard
Zopim's dashboard is easily accesible through your online browser. No software to download. With Zopim, you can actually log into your online dashboard and see every visitor on your site and what page they are on and best of all, you can initiate the chat with users on your website. We at Tech Guy Web Solutions have only been using Zopim for a couple weeks and it has already generated some leads. It makes your website that much more interactive. The dashboard has full site analytics with graphs and shows all of the information of every visitor to your site in real time.
Easy Integration
Integration is as simple as it could be. To see the Zopim chat widget on your website, just copy and paste one line of script just before </body> in your websites HTML. No further editing required to deploy the smart chat support software. There are also custom modules created for content management systems such as Wordpress and Joomla.
IM Integration
If you're using an iPhone, Blackberry or another smart phone, you can easily chat with your sites visitors by downloading an IM client such as Gtalk, AIM, eBuddy or Yahoo Messenger on your phone or computer. You can also switch between IM clients from your Zopim dashboard.
Chat Bar
Zopim has a nice Facebook like chatbar on your website which is quite customizable as far as colors and style. You can set custom greeting messages as well. If live customer support is not available, you can choose to show your visitors an offline form, or hide the chat bar .
Pricing
There are a few different packages to choose from. There is a free version for 1 agent/support person with limited design and customization features. Then there is the solo and solo plus packages for under $15/mo which also only give 1 agent. Next is the Team package for $39/mo which gives 5 agents, 5 IM bots and great customization options. There is also a business package with 10 agents for $99/mo. I would suggest the Team package for any small to medium sized business.

Yeah, I think that makes sense. There are other chat applications that allow more varied functions but this is a very solid one. I have used it in the past and it is very good.
It is an excellent piece of software and has led to many lead conversions so far.
